Attorneys of record submit a request: The attorney of record submits a request on the AppearMe platform, providing details such as the date, time, location, and specific requirements.
Appearance/deposition/freelance attorneys respond: Notifications of available jobs matching their expertise and location are sent to registered legal professionals through the app to instantly alert them whenever local hearings become available for coverage. On-call lawyers can review the details and accept the job if it fits their schedule and preferences.
Confirmation and completion: Once an on-call attorney accepts the job, both parties receive confirmation. After the task is completed, the hiring attorney receives a detailed report. Once the attorney’s report has been filed, it’s time for payment. That’s it!
